BLOG-MAS DAY 2// SELF LOVE SATURDAY
We all have those days where we feel less than ourselves, the circumstances that we face can sometimes put a damper on what we KNOW we can accomplish.
I am here to tell you that I have been there, I am frequently there and you are not alone.
There is one thing we can control when we feel like we have lost control of everything around us and that is our mindset. Now I am not about to get all woo-woo on you guys, but it is so true. If you start everyday telling yourself that you are amazing and capable of so much more than the limitations of others words you WILL have a good day. The world can get overwhelming, whether it be school and dealing with finals or personal and family issues - you still have control over your day. Stay positive and remember to allow yourself to feel those emotions of sadness, regret and overwhelm and then MOVE ON from it. One bad day, one bad grade, or one mistake will not rob you of your true potential.
Believe in yourself, love yourself
+ appreciate all that you have accomplished.
& On days when you feel like you cant go on, remember you are here for a reason, for a purpose and for a cause. You are an incredible human being; beautiful and capable of being loved.
One of my favorites to get me through is affirmations...I never really understood what these were until I read a book called
'You are a Badass'
by Jen Sincero
(Full blog post about her awesomeness coming soon).

I am an HUGE advocate of her words, and everything in that book reigns true to anyone, no matter where you came from or what you are going through.
So I compiled a couple of my favorites that I tell myself on the daily or try to at least - and with the help of my super amazing business and branding coach Bri, I am bringing them to you in the coolest form EVER. All of these affirmations are in the form of home + lock screens for your phone.
For the moments when you feel less than MAJESTIC AF just grab your phone for a little reminder.
